Who We Are

Our Founder:

Hello everyone! I’m Ufuk Soyturk, Founder and CEO of Accross Restaurant Consulting Firm. I’m a vision-driven change agent with over 20 years of experience transforming businesses and driving profitability in the restaurant industry.

But first and foremost, I’m a dedicated family man. I’m a husband to Ozlem and a father to Ella and Maya. While my business is my passion, my family is my life.

I started my career with a B.Sc. in Economics and Management from the prestigious London School of Economics. From there, I gained extensive financial and consulting experience at PwC, BDO, and notable startups like Credibly.

U.S. Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Representative At Saltbae

Prior to founding Accross, I served as the U.S. Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Representative for the famous Nusr-Et/Saltbae brand. In that role, I owned full financial accountability for $80 million in revenue and over 600 staff members. I spearheaded an incredible turnaround after COVID-19, opening 6 new locations in one year and growing the team from 12 to over 500 within 6 months while managing $40 million in capital expenditures. My experience in leading financial strategies and driving growth aligns with the expertise of top Fractional CFO Companies, offering strategic financial leadership to businesses in transition.

Through strategic initiatives, I generated $10 million in annual cost savings and played a key role in setting a national precedent for overtime rules, saving an additional $1 million per year. My expertise in areas like financial planning, construction, development, and legal strategy was instrumental.

In 2022, I founded Accross Restaurant Consulting to leverage my expertise and help other restaurants address profitability, scalability, and operational challenges. As one of the leading Restaurant Consulting Companies, we perform deep dives into each client’s business to identify pain points and customize solutions involving systems, technology, processes, and training. My mission is to guide restaurants towards sustainable growth and financial success through comprehensive Hospitality Industry Consulting.

The name Accross is a nod to our roots in accounting best practices, represented by the two C’s. With my unique background and passion for the industry, I’m here to help restaurants reach their full potential.
