Our Story

Welcome to Accross Restaurant Consulting! I’m Naki Soyturk, the Founder and CEO of Accross. I started this consulting firm in 2022 with one big goal: to help independent restaurant owners build profitable, growing businesses on a rock-solid foundation. For over 20 years, I’ve been passionate about making businesses successful. I began my career with a degree in Economics from the London School of Economics, then honed my skills in Public Accounting with major firms like PwC and BDO. I’ve worked as a financial leader in the restaurant industry, including serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the famous Nusr-Et Steakhouse (known by many as Saltbae’s restaurant group). In that role, I managed the finances of a company with $80 million in annual revenue and 600+ employees. I led the opening of 6 new restaurant locations and implemented cost-saving programs that saved the business over $10 million each year. This experience taught me how to drive profitability, even in tough times, and scale up quickly but wisely.

Our Mission

Despite working with big restaurant brands, I realized independent restaurant owners often don’t have access to the same level of financial expertise and systems. I created Accross to change that. Our mission is to bring top-tier accounting, finance, and operational strategies to growing restaurant groups that want to improve profits, streamline their operations, and expand to new heights. We believe that with the right support, even a small restaurant group can thrive like a big chain.

Why does ACCross have two C's?

“Accross” is spelled with two “C”s intentionally – it’s a nod to our roots in ACcounting and ACcountability. We take pride in our accounting expertise, but we work across all areas of your business to help it run better.

Accross also nods to two concepts that we cherish. Cost management and Consistency.
